While we are credentialed with these companies, insurance companies may have plans that will not allow you to see us. This means you will be financially responsible for the entire bill of the visit.
Always make sure to call your insurance company and verify your covered benefits specifically with Dermatologist LLC. They will be able to better explain to you what will be covered and what will not be covered. One example would be to inquire about an office visit CPT code 99204.
Credentialled Non In-Network
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida BCBS
Blue Cross Blue Shield holds the power/right to allow and disallow doctors to be in-network providers. There is a long waiting list to sign on to become an in-network provider, and we are actively seeking to do so.
However, in the meantime, they do not have an option for us to join their network. If you are still interested to see us for medical services, you will be responsible for out-of-network co-pays, which are determinned by your insurance company.

The treatment plan will be delivered to your secure online telehealth platform.
Medications will be dispatched to the pharmacy of your choice.

The platform allows scheduling, communication, treatment plan review, and payment.
Video Visit
Complete the necessary forms and upload relevant photographs.
Engage in a video consultation with a physician at a scheduled time.
The treatment plan will be provided through your secure online telehealth platform.
Prescriptions will be forwarded to the pharmacy of your selection.
Please note that each visit addresses only one medical concern at a time.
